Shipping (Continental United States and Canada)

Shipping fees are determined at checkout.

Transit Times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Unexpected delays due to weather or carrier issues can happen and are out of our control. We appreciate your understanding!

Standard Orders are processed Monday-Friday within three business days, excluding Federal Holidays. Orders placed on weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays will ship by end of next business day.

Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

When entering your shipping address, please ensure you double-check all address fields for accuracy. Please add any Apartment or Suite number. Charlee’s Fly Spray is not responsible for any additional costs associated with re-shipping an order. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, you will have two options: You can pay additional shipping fees to have the package sent to the correct address OR we can cancel the order and refund you for the order total less original shipping costs.

We do not guarantee tracking outside of the United States when using our Standard or Priority shipping methods.

 

U.S. RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do what we can to make it better.

Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us, preferably in their original condition. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
